Is it normal to crave Vitamin C as much as I do?
I’m a 19 year old female. I’ve just started to notice today that I consume so much Vitamin C after my mom came home from work and the whole 2L jug of orange juice was gone, she just bought it last night. I drank the whole thing during the night. And then I realized I pop about 10 or more chewable vitamin C tablets (500mg each) a day. Plus I had about 4 tangerines today. Is that normal??? I crave vitamin C.
I also find I drink a LOT more water than usual.
No, it is not normal. And popping that much Vit. C could cause liver damage. You need to find something else to pop. I’m guessing it is not the Vit. C you are craving; it is likely the flavor you like.
