Tanning while on a juice fast?
I am planning on going onto a juice fast on tuesday. I love to be in the sun, with bronzer and oil and all. I was wondering if tanning is bad for your body when you are detoxifying? I know that when you tan, you sweat, so I was thinking that it would hep bring out impurities.
Sunbathing is good for you but putting oil and bronzer on your skin is very unhealthy. Your skin knows how to tan without it. See site below.
